If you are looking for help for yourself or for someone you know, you can expect to be shown kindness and support from your very first contact with Forget Me Not Club.
Our specialist staff come from a range of senior positions in nursing, social care, residential care and the third sector, and bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Forget Me Not family. Everything we do is underpinned by our values of dignity, choice and wellbeing, informed by best practice, and our mission to make our communities more dementia friendly.
Whether you or someone you know already has a diagnosis of dementia, or are on the journey towards one, our mission is to offer timely support in a sensitive and inclusive manner, so please get in touch to see how we can help.

If you have not yet received a diagnosis but have concerns about your memory, or confusion, our first advice is always to speak to your GP. If you or your GP think dementia might be a factor, or you are on the path towards investigations and a possible diagnosis, please still get in touch with us to see how we can help.
