Our dedicated team of staff and volunteers are the backbone of the Forget Me Not family
All our staff are dedicated to improving the lives of people living with dementia
Kerry Simmers
General Manager
"I am a new member of the Forget Me Not Club family and came on board in January 2026.
I bring with me many years of working alongside diverse groups in care homes, community services, and support roles. After almost 15 years in my previous role within a care home environment, I have seen how much of a difference kindness, consistency, and a listening ear can make to clients and their families, so stepping into this role feels like a natural continuation of that passion.
I'm really looking forward to leading our wonderful team as we walk alongside people living with dementia, as well as the families and friends who support and care for them. It is our privilege to offer moments of respite, connection, and comfort to people when they're needed most"

Julie Lindeman
Grant Funding Officer
"I have been a supporter of Forget Me Not Club for a few years so when I was offered the chance to be part of the team I was really pleased. It's such a special place with an amazing team of folks, really proud to be a part of it. Filling out funding applications for FMNC is something that is really rewarding- every penny we are awarded directly supports those who attend the sessions and their families and carers. I come over to Bennett House once a week and there's always visitors, laughing, music and sweeties!"
